Determination of 38 pesticides residues in tobacco by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectormetry

摘要 利用高效液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)技术快速分析烟草中的38种有机磷、杂环和酰胺类农药残留。采用乙腈振荡提取烟叶中的各农药残留,用PSA吸附剂净化。此前处理方法简便快速、成本低、环保。38种农药在0.25μg/g、0.5μg/g和1.0μg/g三个加标水平的平均回收率为60.15%-116.21%,相对标准偏差为0.57%-19.25%,可为当前烟草中农药多残留检测的试验研究提供参考。 38 organophosphorus, heterocyclic and amides pesticides residues in tobacco were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up with PSA. This pretreatment was easy, rapid, cheap and environmentally friendly. Recoveries of these 38 pesticides ranged from 60.15% to 116.21% at the spiking levels of 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0μg/ g, with relative standard deviation from 0.57% to 19.25%. The method can be used as reference for advanced study in pesticides multi-residue in tobacco.
