摘要
受档案柜工作原理及其高效率、高密度的特点的启示,设计了一种新型的机械式停车设备。介绍了该停车设备的结构形式,着重说明了库内搬运设备及横移设备结构。通过对车辆入库(出库)过程的阐述,详细地说明了该新型档案柜式停车设备的工作原理:利用横移装置将托板进行合理移动,使1行没有托板的空车位能为多行车位提供运行巷道。与传统巷道堆垛式停车设备相比较,档案柜式停车设备的库容利用率明显提高。
In the light of working principle,and characteristics such as high efficiency and high-density of the file cabinet,the paper designs a new type of mechanical parking equipment,describes the structure of the parking facilities,and highlights the structure of the handling and transferring equipment in the warehouse.By the description of vehicle in and out of process,the paper illustrates in detail the working principle of the new file cabinet parking equipment:reasonably move the pallets with the transferring equipment,so that the operation roadway for multi-row parking spaces can be provided with one row parking space without pallet.Compared to the traditional aisle stacking parking equipment,the file cabinet parking features higher equipment capacity utilization.
