摘要
以半水石膏为基体材料,通过添加改性剂的方法制备了泡沫铝用可溶性石膏材料,研究了七水硫酸镁、铝矾土等对体系胶凝时间、水溶性以及强度等参数的影响。结果表明,七水硫酸镁、铝矾土可有效地改善石膏材料的水溶性和抗弯强度。当铝矾土、半水石膏、七水硫酸镁以及水的质量分数分别为35%1、6%、14%和35%时,可以获得性能良好的可溶性石膏材料。
Based on CaSO4 ·1/2H2O,the dissolvable gypsum materials for foamed aluminum were prepared using some additives. Influences of MgS04 ~ 7H2O and bauxite etc. on gelation time, soluble properties, and strength were extensively investigated. Results indicated that MgSO4· 7H2O and bauxite can effectively improve the dissolvable properties and bending strength of gypsum materials. Dissolvable gypsum materials with good performance could be achieved when the mass fractions of bauxite, CaSO4 · l/2H2O, MgSO4 · 7H2 O, and water were 35 % , 16%, 14% , and 35 % , respectively.
