粘结连接的Z型钢搭接节点试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on bonding connections between cold-formed steel Z-sections purlins

摘要 冷弯斜卷边Z型钢是房屋建筑屋面结构中常用的檩条形式,为节约钢材常设计成连续檩条.通常采用嵌套搭接螺栓连接方式来实现檩条连接节点的连续性,但工程实践表明这一传统连接方式的连续效果欠佳.为改善连续檩条连接节点的连续效果,本文提出一种嵌套搭接粘结连接方式,并进行了3组9个试件的试验研究.研究结果表明,嵌套搭接粘结连接方式可有效传递弯矩,节点的刚度和强度较传统螺栓连接方式大大改善,承载力提高30%以上,可以达到预期的连续檩条设计要求. Cold-formed steel Z section purlins are used commonly in the roof structure,and nested continuous purlins are widely adopted to save steel in the design.Usually,bolt connections are adopted to achieve the continuous effect of nested purlins.However the engineering practice shows that this connection produces poor effect.To improve the continuous effect of purlins with traditional bolt connections,this paper presents a bonding connection.Nine typical full-scale specimens are tested to understand directly the structural behavior and the collapse mechanism of the connection,also to compare with the bolt connection.The results show that the bonding connection can carry 30% more loads and has a great improvement on its stiffness and strength compared with the traditional bolt connection.Consequently,the bonding connection can achieve the expected design requirements of continuous Z-purlins.
