中华景天地上部分对自然降温的适应性研究

Adaptation of Aboveground Part of Sedum hispanicum L.under Nature Temperature Reduction

研究了中华景天地上部分在自然降温过程中叶片和茎的相对电导率、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量及过氧化物酶活性等生理指标的变化。结果表明,中华景天叶片和茎中的以上物质含量均会随气温的降低出现不同程度的升高;当气温升高后,叶片和茎中的以上各种物质含量就会有所回落。叶和茎中各生理指标的含量及低温半致死温度均表明,中华景天叶片的耐寒性较茎低。

The varieties of relative electrolyte leakage,malondiadehyde content,soluble sugar content and peroxidase activity of aboveground part of Sedum hispanicum L.were investigated under nature temperature reduction.The results showed that above four Physiological Indexes of leaves and Stolons of Sedum hispanicum L.increased in different levers with the temperature falling.When the temperature rose,above four Physiological Indexes of leaves and Stolons fell back.The Physiological Indexes content and the semilethal low temperature（LT50） of the leaves and Stolons of Sedum hispanicum L.suggested that the cold-resistance of leaves was weaker than Stolons.
