摘要
针对某工厂以人工方式检测饰品盒表面质量,存在检测效率低、误检及漏检率高等问题,开发了饰品盒表面质量自动检测系统。该系统利用模板匹配方法实现对表面图像的判别,进而根据判别结果来控制系统的设备动作,实现对饰品盒的分类堆放。通过实践检测证明,该系统能够大幅提高产品的检测速度、极大地降低产品的误检率和漏检率,同时也降低了企业的成本。
The surface quality of caskets was tested by manual testing in a plant, so there existed problems that efficiency is low, the false rejection rate and the false negative rate is high. An automated test system for casket surface quality was developed in connection with problems appeared. The template matching was used to distinguish image for casket surface, then the actuating mechanism of the system was controlled by results distinguished, the caskets finally was placed according to respective property. It has been proved that this system can drastically enhance testing efficiency, reduce the false rejection rate and the false negative rate, and cut down enterprise cost.
