摘要
教师的胜任力因教师职业成熟度的不同、层次的不同而有所区别,并随着时间、经验、知识的更新和积累而发生胜任力重点的转移。通过动态系统的考察,能全面、透彻地理解教师胜任力结构以及进行有效的胜任力提升。从动态的角度可构建三层三维胜任力模型,探索对教师胜任力有针对性的、实用的培训干预及提升策略。
Competence of teacher varies with grades and levels in teaching profession, and occurs some shifts over time, experience and knowledge. Dynamic systems can analyse the structure of competence thoroughly and totally to enhance competence effectively. By a dynamic three -dimensional model with three layers, it can explore the targeted, practical training interventions and improvement strategies for teacher' s competence.
