摘要
为了提高气体检漏仪的智能化水平,设计了一种基于ARM9硬件平台的气体测漏仪。系统以S3C2440为控制核心,采用高精度A/D转换器,双气路设计和压力检测法检测气密性,具有自检,数字显示,实时曲线绘图和数据存储功能。实验表明:该系统不仅操作简单,满足在线检测的要求,且有很好的重复性。
A gas leakage detector based on ARM hardware platform is designed, in order to improve the intelligence level of gas leakage detector. The system uses S3C2440 as its control core,adopts high precise A/D converter, two-channels gas path and the principle of pressure to detect the air tightness. It qualifies self testing, digital display, real-time plotting and data storage capabilities. The result shows that the system not only has the advantage of easy operating and meets the requirements of on-line real-time detection, bus also have good repeatability.
