西安市社区居民精神卫生知识知晓率现况调查

Cross-sectional Survey on Awareness of Mental Health Knowledge among Communities in Xi'an

目的了解西安市社区居民对精神卫生知识的知晓程度。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,选择西安市4个社区1600户居民进行＂精神卫生和心理保健知识问卷＂调查。结果精神卫生和心理保健知识条目（1~16题）回答正确率在31.3%~98.7%之间,平均为74.8%;精神卫生纪念日的条目（17~20题）回答正确率在20.9%~85.4%之间,平均为52.4%;调查对象精神卫生知识的平均得分为（14.17±2.782）分。多因素线性模型回归分析发现,年龄、职业、文化程度与问卷得分有关。结论西安市社区居民精神卫生与心理保健知识知晓率已达到《中国精神卫生工作规划（2002-2010年）》中提出＂到2010年达到50%＂的目标。

Objective To understand the awareness status of mental health knowledge among community residents in Xi＇an.Methods Using stratified cluster randomization method,1600 residents from 4 communities in Xi＇an were administered with a mental health knowledge questionnaire.Result Rate of correct answers of mental health knowledge and entries（question 1~16） was between 31.3%~98.7%, and the average was 74.8%;Rate of correct answers of Mental Health Day entry（question 17~20） was between 20.9%~85.4%,and the average was 52.4%;The average score of mental health knowledge survey was（14.17±2.782）,Multivariate linear model regression analysis showed that age,occupation,education level were significantly associated with the survey score.Conclusion The awareness of mental health knowledge among communities in Xi＇an has reached the goal that the awareness to reach 50% by 2010 which was mentioned in ＂Chinese Mental Health Work Plan（2002-2010）＂.
