摘要
循环氢脱硫贫胺液泵是加氢处理装置中配管设计的难点。与泵和液力透平相连的管道管径大,压力等级高,其配管设计的合理性对循环氢脱硫贫胺液泵的正常操作、检修以及整个装置的正常运行起着重要作用。对加氢处理装置中循环氢脱硫贫胺液泵的平面布置、平台和构架的设置、管道布置、管道支架设置等方面的设计特点和注意事项进行了探讨,对比了两组液力透平入口管道布置方案,根据分析得出了优化设计方案。
This article discusses the design features and general notes for the plot plan,platform and structure,piping layout and support arrangement of recycle gas scrubber lean amine pump in Hydrotreating Unit.Based on some engineering practices,this article proposes some methods as references to solve common problems.
