摘要
近年来,我国大城市边缘地区的"蚁族"聚居现象已成为我国城市化进程中不可忽视的重大问题。本研究以北京著名的唐家岭"蚁族"聚居村为案例展开深入的居住实态调查,获取了物质空间环境、住户社会经济状况、住户居住满意度及意愿三方面的大量第一手资料信息,并归纳总结其现状特征,以及对未来理想居住环境的主要意愿。由于唐家岭地区已于2010年7月以后整体拆除,本文的内容已成为研究这一地区居住现象的历史性资料。
In recent years, "ant tribe" housing has become a prominent phenomenon in the fringes of big cities in China. In this study, a survey is conducted in the well-known "ant tribe" village in Beijing - Tang Jia Ling. It focuses on physical qualities of the environment, socio-economic status of the tenants, satisfactory and intentional factors of the tenants. Massive first-hand data are acquired, present characteristics are summarized, and future upgrading is anticipated. Since the village was demolished after July 2010, this survey has become a first-hand historical study, providing references for future works on "ant tribe" housing phenomenon.
