浅谈盆腔粘连研究的现状与发展 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨盆腔粘连治疗研究状况并对多学科相结合的联合策略进行预测。方法:梳理前人治疗研究成果,并结合自身临床实践。结果:目前治疗方案较多,主要包括一般疗法、药物辅助治疗和机械性辅助治疗三种基本方案。盆腔粘连的预防应通过减小腹膜的损伤面、减少创面的炎症反应、减少异物污染、促进纤维蛋白的溶解和建立屏障等方法。结论:实施精细的医学手术、建立生理物理屏障和进行医学干预是防治的主要途径。
