摘要
对排球基本技术教学所需练习负荷、负荷的分配及学生学习技术效果的关系进行实验研究。实验结果表明,采用定量练习负荷,加强练习的密度与练习时间,对学习效果产生积极影响,有助于学生掌握动作。
The paper made an experiment about exercise load、load distributing and teaching effects in volleyball basic technology teaching.It shows using quantitative exercise load and strengthening density and time of exercise can help college students master movements and have an active effect for study.
