摘要
本试验以FMC榨汁后的柑桔皮渣为原料,采用加热加压法提取出柑桔皮渣膳食纤维。对品质分析(以干基%)结果表明:总膳食纤维量达到82.54、SDF:IDF值由0.22提高到0.51,是一种优质膳食纤维源。
Dietary fiber ( DF ) was extracted from citrus sinensis peel residues by the heating and pressurizing method. The results of its quality analysis indicated that total DF content was up to 82.54% and that SDF/IDF ratio increased from 0.22 to 0.51. The peel residues were a high quality DF source.
