摘要
Capillary zone electrophoresis has been applied to the analysis of nucleotides. The effects of buffer concentration. pH and other operating conditions on the separation were investigated and optimized. By using the method, separation and identification of nuclotides in swine tissues were completed.
生化样品中核苷酸的种类及含量是临床诊断和判断动物性食品新鲜程度的重要依据．研究快速简便地分离分析生化样品中的核苷酸是分析工作者的一项重要任务．我们研究了用毛细管区带电泳分离猪肉中的一些核苷酸，试验了缓冲溶液浓度、酸度及操作电压对分离的影响，优化了分离条件．成功地对猪肉中的一些核着酸进行了分离鉴定．
