摘要 Both aliphatic and aromatic ketones are efficiently transfer-hydrogenated by propan-2-ol under mild conditions in the presence of a catalytic amount of poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-Phenylene oxide) (PPO) anchored ruthenium complex and sodium hydroxide. An important feature of this polymer anchored catalyst is its stability in air. Both aliphatic and aromatic ketones are efficiently transfer-hydrogenated by propan-2-ol under mild conditions in the presence of a catalytic amount of poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-Phenylene oxide) (PPO) anchored ruthenium complex and sodium hydroxide. An important feature of this polymer anchored catalyst is its stability in air.
