摘要
超声波电动机在精密仪器、航空航天等高端应用领域有其独特的优势。首先对超声波电动机的基本原理和结构进行了描述;然后对超声波电动机的发展现状、发展前景,以及超声波电动机的优缺点作了详细的分析,并指出了超声波电动机在数学模型、电机机构、电机控制等方向需要进一步研究和改善的手段;最后给出了超声波电动机的一些应用领域,以及超声波电动机的未来发展方向。
Ultrasonic motor has unique advantages in the applications of precision instruments aerospace and other high -end areas. The basic principle of ultrasonic motors and structure were described. The development prospects, advantages and disadavantages of uhrosonic motor were analysed, The mathematical model of the ultrasonic motor, motor structure, motor control, the direction of further research and improvement tools were given. The ultrasonic motor applications were introduced as well as the future direction of ultrasonic motor.
