中学新型师生关系现状及成因分析

Study of Current Situation of the New Relationship between Teachers and Students and Analysis of its Reasons

通过对沈阳市某中学600名中学生的师生关系现状及存在的问题进行问卷调查,结果表明,目前中学师生关系在总体上是良好的,但也存在着关系紧张易发生冲突的问题,解决问题的关键在于学生、教师、学校、家长建立良性的互动关系。

Through questionnaire about relationship between teachers and students as well as the existing problems conducted on 600 middle school students in Shenyang,it is found out that on one hand,the relationship between teachers and students is generally good,while on the other hand there exist conflicts between them.Therefore the key to solve the problem is to establish interactive relationship among teachers,students,school and parents.
