摘要 目的探讨Ki-67与环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在结直肠癌中的表达特点及在浸润转移中的意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测ki-67与COX-2在104例结直肠癌组织中的表达率,并分析与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤大小、分化程度、侵犯深度、淋巴结转移之间的关系。结果 Ki-67与COX-2两者的表达率在结直肠癌有淋巴结转移组或有远处转移组的表达率均分别高于无淋巴转移组或无远处转移组,在结直肠癌浸润黏膜层及肌层组的表达率也高于浸润至全层及浆膜外组,其中COX-2蛋白表达率与肿瘤大小相关。随着癌组织分化程度的增高,ki-67表达率依次降低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 Ki-67与COX-2在结直肠癌组织中的高表达可能在结直肠癌的浸润转移过程中扮演重要角色。 Objective To explore the expressions of Ki - 67 and cyclooxygenase - 2 ( COX - 2) in eolorectal cancer and to reveal their correlation with the tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of Ki - 67 and COX - 2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 104 specimens of eolorectal cancer. The relationship between the level of Ki - 67 and COX - 2 and the sex or age of patients, tumor size, the degree of cell differentiation, the depth of infiltration, the metastasis of lymph nodes was analyzed. Results The expressions of Ki -67 and COX -2 was significantly higher in the cases with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis than those without metastasis,and also higher in poorly differentiated tumor than in well - differentiated tumor. Conclusion The overexpression of Ki - 67 and COX - 2 in colorectal cancer may play an important part in the progression and metasis of coloreetal cancer.
