食品中大肠菌群检测Petrifilm测试片法与GB方法的比较研究

Comparison of Petrifilm and GB Methods in the Food Coliform Bacteria Detection

[目的]对比现行GB4789.3的各种方法和Petrifilm测试片法的计数原理、操作步骤、培养时间,比较研究Petrifilm测试片法与GB4789.3平板法的检测一致性。[方法]通过实际应用情况列表分析各种方法的差异;利用实验室保存菌株完成加标实验,对比不同食品在测试片平板上与自制VRBA平板上的检测情况;用不同种类的食品样品进行实际对比检测评价使用效果。[结果]Petrifilm测试片法具有操作简单、培养时间短等优点;Petrifilm测试片法与GB4789.3平板法在加标样和各类食品中检测中的结果,配对t检验的P值分别为0.37和0.16。[结论]Petrifilm测试片法检测大肠菌群,检测结果与GB方法高度一致,在操作上和时间上有较大优势,非常适合用于食品样品的快速检测。

[Objects] the consistency of the current GB4789.3 and Petrifilm was compared from the aspects of counting principle,operation procedure and culture time.[Methods] through practical application,list analysis of differences between these two methods was carried out.The standard of the laboratory preserved strain was added to different food and the detection on Petrifilm plate and self-made VRBA plate was compared.The effect of detection with various food samples was evaluated.[Results] the Petrifilm method was simple and rapid;the test showed that the P value of adding standard test and various food sample test by Petrifilm and GB4789.3 were 0.37 and 0.16 respectively.[Conclusions] the high consistency of Petrifilm and GB in coliform bacteria detection was found.The advantages in operation and time of detection made the Petrifilm very suitable for the rapid detection of food sample.
