摘要
大庆油田火成岩地层是世界级难钻地层,钻进过程中该地层岩石表现为可钻性值极高,地层与钻头适应性差。预先评价未打开地层的岩石可钻性分布规律,对钻井施工提供指导是有实际意义的。以随机分形理论为基础,先应用分形维数解释模型计算岩屑取样点的岩石可钻性,再应用分形插值理论建立井间地层岩石可钻性预测模型,两模型的结合使用实现了井间岩石可钻性分布规律的评价。经过现场的应用验证,该方法能够有效地再现岩石可钻性的分形分布规律,预测准确,满足工程精度要求。
Igneous rock stratum in Daqing is the world-class difficult drilling formation.The rock drilled in the stratum have high drillability value and poor adaptability with drill bit.Evaluating rock drillability distribution rule before strata has been opened has practical significance to guidance of drilling construction.The random fractal theory is based on.Rock drillability of rock debris sampling points are calculated by debris fractal dimension explanation model.Strata rock drillability prediction model between wells is established by fractal interpolation theory.The rock drillability distribution rule between wells can been evaluated through the combination of the two models.Through application,the method can effectively represent the rock drillability fractal distribution rule,predict accurately and meet the engineering accuracy.
