摘要
提出了一种基于机器视觉软件MVTec Halcon的图像拼接算法.该算法首先对摄像机进行标定,以及对图像进行预处理,然后采用Harris角点检测提取特征点,接着检测出的角点经归一化互相关匹配后使用RANSAC(random sample consensus,随机抽样一致性算法)算法剔除误匹配点,估算单应性矩阵,最后用改进的加权融合方法进行图像融合.针对提出的算法编制了相应的软件,并进行了拼接实验,结果表明该方法可以快速有效地对图像进行无缝拼接,精度可达到0.02mm.
An image mosaic algorithm based on machine vision software MVTec Halcon is proposed.Firstly,the camera calibration,as well as images preprocessing are performed.Secondly,feature points are extracted by Harris corner detection and then the points are matched using normalized cross-correlation.After this,error matching points are excluded using RANSAC(random sample consensus) and homography matrix is estimated.At last,images are fused by the method of improved weighted fusion.The software correspond to the algorithm which were proposed in this paper has been worked out and mosaic experimental has been finished.Experimental results show that image mosaic can be accomplished rapidly and efficiently by this method and precision is 0.02 mm.
