新生化颗粒联合左旋18-甲基炔诺酮治疗药物流产后出血的临床体会

Clinical experience of Xinshenghua granule combined L-18 methylnorethindron in treating bleeding after drug abortion

目的:探讨新生化颗粒联合左旋18-甲基炔诺酮治疗药物流产后出血的临床效果。方法:选择2009年3月～2010年3月来本院门诊就诊的自愿要求药物流产终止妊娠的患者152例,药物流产后阴道少量出血达到或超过2周、彩超提示宫腔内少量残留(面积<2cm2),将152例患者随机分为两组,对照组73例,给予安络血10mg,3次/d;益母流浸膏15ml,3次/d。治疗组79例,口服左旋18-甲基炔诺酮(国药准字H11020047,北京第三制药厂生产)1片,4次/d,共服3d。口服新生化颗粒(国药准字Z43020179,湖南安邦制药有限公司)12g,2次/d,共7d。两组均同时给予抗感染治疗,观察阴道出血情况及超声检查结果。结果:两组经药物治疗后,新生化颗粒联合左旋18-甲基炔诺酮治疗药物流产后出血的显效率明显大于对照组的21.3%。结论:新生化颗粒联合左旋18-甲基炔诺酮治疗药物流产后出血两药合用就能相互促进,明显缩短药物流产后出血时间和减少不全流产的作用,从而达到临床上止血的目的,并能弥补使用单一药物的不足,相互协同,效果显著。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Xinshenghua granule combined L-18 methylnorethindron in treating bleeding after drug abortion.Methods：152 cases in March 2009 to March 2010 were slected,vagina bleeding after drug abortion reached more than 2 weeks,or intrauterine color Doppler prompted a small amount of residual（2 cm2）,152 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group 73 cases were given adrenosin 10 mg,3 times/day;Yimu liquid extract 15 ml,3 times/day.Treatment group 79 cases of oral L-18 methylnorethindron（H11020047,Beijing third pharmaceutical factory production） 1,4 times/day,serving a total of 3 days;Xinshenghua granule（Z43020179,Hunan State pharmaceutical limited） 12 g,2 times/day,7 days in total.Both groups were at the same time granting of antimicrobial therapy,ultrasonic examination and vaginal hemorrhage were observed.Results：After drug treatment,the effect of the observation group was better than the control group,there was significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：Xinshenghua granule combined L-18 methylnorethindron in treating bleeding after drug abortion,two-drug combination can promote each other,significantly reduce bleeding time after drug abortion and reduce the role of incomplete abortion,so as to achieve the purpose of clinical bleeding.Insufficient to make up for the use of a single drug,the effect is better.
