探讨细号高密涤棉横条织物的生产技术要点。通过分析细号高密涤棉横条织物的风格、特点以及生产过程中出现的问题,整经采用"中车速、中张力、小伸长"的工艺原则,浆纱采用"两高一低"的工艺配置,织造采用"早开口、晚引纬、合理配置经位置线"的工艺原则,较好地解决了经缩和纬停问题。织机综合效率达到90%以上,下机一等品率达到93%以上。

Production technology key points of fine high density polyester cotton stripe fabric were discussed. Style ,property and problems in producing fine high density polyester cotton stripe fabric were analyzed. In warping process, processing line of middle speed and tension, less elongation were adopted. Processing of Higher pressure and density lower viscosity was used in sizing process. Processing principle of earlier shed, later weft insertion, setting warp shed line rationally was adopted in weaving process. Warp shrinkage and weft stop can be resolved well. Loom efficiency can reach above 90% and first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach above 93%.
