摘要
调研发现,研究生与导师关系总体上较为融洽,大多数导师对研究生比较关心,但应进一步加强和改善;培养层次和学科类别对研究生师生关系有不同程度的影响。建设"亦师亦友型"师生关系,导师要发挥主导作用,在理念上认清自己的职责,在行动上坚持和研究生定期交流,在科研指导之外关心研究生的全面成长;研究生要发挥能动作用,积极主动和导师交流,变被动接受为主动求教;学校管理部门要发挥保障监督作用,做好制度建设和氛围营造工作。
Recent researches show that the relationship between graduate students and their mentors are generally harmonious.Most mentors are concerned about their graduate students,but there is still room for improvement.The differences of program designing and disciplines may variously influence the relationship between students and mentors.The mentors should take the initiative to establish a teacher-and-friend relationship.They should be clearly aware of their responsibilities in a conceptual sense,and insist to communicate with students regularly in their action,and in spite of academic guidance,they should pay attention to the comprehensive development of the students.The graduate students should also make efforts.They need to actively communicate with their mentors and change the tradition of passive acceptance into actively asking questions.The administrative department of the university may take the responsibility of supervising in order to establish an effective system and desirable environment.
