摘要
目的:建立亳菊中木犀草素和木犀草苷含量的反相高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ScienhomeC18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),检测波长350nm,柱温30℃,流速1mL/min。结果:木犀草苷含量在0.0048~0.0384μg内线性良好,Y=10000000X-6650,r=0.9999,回收率为104.9%,RSD为1.64%;木犀草素含量在0.032~0.256μg内线性良好,Y=8000000X-20581,r=0.9999,回收率为101.7%,RSD为1.68%。结论:该测定方法准确可靠,重现性好,对亳菊的质量控制有重要意义。
Aim:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of luteolin-7-O-glucoside and luteolin in Chrysanthemum morifolium.Methods:RP-HPLC was carried out on a Purospher star Scienhome C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm) at 30℃,at a flow rate of 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 350 nm.Results:The linearity of luteolin-7-O-glucoside was found in the range of 0.004 8~0.038 4μg,Y=10 000 000X-6 650,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 104.9%,and RSD was 1.64%.The linearity of luteolin was found in the range of 0.032~0.256μg,Y=8 000 000X20 581,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 101.7%,and RSD was 1.68%.Conclusion:This method is reliable,accurate and suitable for the determination of luteolin-7-O-glucoside and luteolin in Chrysanthemum morifolium,and plays an important role in the quality control of Chrysanthemum morifolium.
