颈前路钛网植骨融合术后钛网沉陷的临床探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨钛网联合颈椎前路锁定钢板系统进行颈椎前路融合术的临床应用疗效。方法:回顾分析53例颈椎病患者采用前路椎体次全切除减压钛网植骨,对其疗效及钛网融合情况进行评价。结果:经过6~20个月随访,植骨均在12周达到临床愈合,6例患者在术后发生钛网下沉,颈椎椎间高度降低,但主观感觉满意。结论:钛网植骨可以避免取髂骨所带来的并发症,但钛网沉陷是颈前路椎体次全切除钛网植骨融合术的常见并发症,正确处理终板、选择恰当的锁定钢板等可以降低下沉发生率。 Objective:To analyse clinical effect of titanium mesh combined with anterior cervical locking plate system in cervical anterior fusion.Methods:53 cases of cervical spondylosis myelopathy were retrospectively reviewed.All cases were treated with anterior subcorpectomy and implanted with titanium mesh filled with cancellous bone of resected vertebra body.The patients'outcome and titanium mesh fusion were evaluated.Results:The patients were followed up for 6~20 months in average solid fusion of the titanium mesh was obtained within 12 weeks.6 cases had titanium mesh subsidence followed by the lost of intervertebral height and cervical lordosis but still had satisfactory self-reception.Conclusion:Titanium mesh cage filled with autologous bone graft can avoid the complications of donor bone site but titanium mesh cages subsidence is common phenomenon after anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion.Correctly handle the endplates,choose proper locking plate can reduce the incidence of subsidence
