本文通过对高校工会面临的形势和网络信息化建设现状的分析,提出了高校工会应充分利用高校先进的网络资源,加强工会网站、网络信息管理和网络交流平台建设,提升高校工会的整体工作水平。

The paper based on the analysis of current situation in construction of informationize network of labour unions,and put up with such suggestions that the labour unions should make the most of advanced network resources and strengthen the construction of network station and information management platform and network communication platform,so it will improve the work efficiency of labour unions.
