摘要 采用浆点印制法对纯棉针织物进行单向疏水整理,优化的整理工艺为:整理剂HG68 2.5%,交联剂HG 0.3%,增稠剂HG 2.5%,焙烘温度170℃、时间2 min。经该工艺整理的单面疏水织物的单向导湿效果可达4.5~5级,经50次水洗后,导湿性能衰减≤15%,具有较强的耐洗性;与未整理织物相比,透气性下降10%左右,毛效下降5%~7%。 One-way hydrophobic finish is carried out on one side of cotton knits with printing method. The optimum finishing process is finishing agent HG68 2.5%, crosslinking agent HG 0. 3%, thickener HG 2.5%, and Curing at 170 ℃ for 2 min. The finished one side hydrophobic fabric features good one-way moisture transport effect of 4.5 - 5 grade, attenuation of moisture transport effect less than 15% after 50 times washing and good durability. The air permeability of the finished fabric reduces by 10% and the capillary effect drops by .5% -7% compared with those of the unfinished fabric.
