摘要
根据铁道车辆空气弹簧标准TB/T 2841—2010及试验台所需实现的功能,设计了试验台的测控系统.系统加载采用伺服电机控制,利用给定的序列脉冲和三角波脉冲,有效地实现了横梁的精确定位控制及往复循环运动中的位置控制.对伺服系统进行了仿真分析,仿真结果比较理想,系统的响应速度快,加载后波动小且复位速度快.
According to the desired performance of the air spring testing bed, a measure and control system of the testing bed was developed. Servo motor control system was used for loading;the precise positioning control and the position control in reciprocal movement of the beam were achieved by the use of a given sequence of pulses and triangular wave pulse,and the servo system was simulated. Simulation results that can provide a reference for the test is ideal. The system has a high responce speed, small fluctuation after loading and rapid position recovery.
