摘要
目的:通过计算机辅助设计及快速成形手段来制作个体化的充填假体,探索一种能根据缺损实际情况术前预制、并与缺损适配性好、整形效果满意的重建鼻翼基底对称性的方法。方法:运用Mimics10.01软件以健侧梨状孔周围骨结构的CT数据,经CAD镜像处理后形成虚拟的患侧骨结构,设计个体化的充填假体,并经快速成形机打印头颅和假体模型。结果:快速成形机打印的充填假体模型同头颅模型拼合后,形态匹配。结论:运用计算机辅助设计和快速成型方法研制个体化充填体,重塑患侧的梨状孔结构,适配性好,精确度高,可避免现有成品材料的局限性,并提高手术的准确性。
Objective:To fabricate an individualized implant based on the rapid prototyping technique to reconstruct the defect of the pyriform aperture.Methods:3D digital model was reconstructed by software Mimics 10.01 according to the CT data detected by the patient's skeleton.Then an individualized implant was designed by CAD technique and made by the rapid proptyping technique.Results:The customized implant adapted the surface defect well.Conclusion:It is good for the individualized implant made by CAD and rapid proptyping technique to reconstruct the structures of pyriform aperture,which can avoid the limitations of the finished products and further improve the accuracy of the surgical procedure.
