PinX1在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨Pin2/TRF1结合蛋白X1(PinX1)与食管癌发生发展及与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和流式细胞术方法(FCM)检测50例原发性食管癌患者的癌组织及食管切缘正常黏膜(距离癌5 cm以上)中PinX1的表达。结果 PinX1mRNA和蛋白在食管癌组织中表达显著低于食管正常组织(P<0.01)。且在食管癌中的表达与癌细胞分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05),但与患者年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论 PinX1作为一种潜在的抑癌基因,其表达下调可能参与了食管鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展,是判定癌分化程度、浸润转移和判定预后的分子标志物。
