The cleaning and safety measurement are the non-negligible problems in the process of electric vacuum components. In this paper, the source of the component material and the contaminant of the parts as well as the physical and chemical method for cleaning are described. The notice for cleaning. especially the problem of chemical medicine e.g easy explosion, poisoning and corrosion to skin are also presented in detail.
