摘要 目的对丹香冠心注射液中的丹参和降香中的有效成分进行研究。方法采用气相质谱联用(GC/MS)技术,对丹香冠心注射液中的挥发性物质进行分析;采用超高效液相(UPLC)与四级杆-飞行时间质谱(Q-TOF-MS)联用,进行了丹香冠心注射液的水溶性成分的鉴定。结果分析了20批样品,共鉴定出了苦橙油醇及其氧化物等19个挥发性成分(降香)和丹参多酚酸盐等24个水溶性成分(丹参),不同厂家产品的挥发性成分有较大差别。结论 对丹香冠心注射液中的有效成分进行了深入研究,为进一步的质量标准和药理研究提供了支持。 AIM To study the active constituents of Dalbergiae odoriferae Lignum and Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma included in Danxiang Guanxin Injection.METHODS The GC/MS and UPLC/ Q-TOF-MS were applied to isolating volatile and water-soluble constituents in Danxiang Guanxin Injection.RESULTS Twenty batches of samples were studied and twenty-four water-soluble compounds(salvianolates) from Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and nineteen volatile compounds from Dalbergiae odoriferae Lignum were isolated and identified including fourteen derivatives of nerolidol.The volatile compounds were different in injections produced by different enterprises.CONCLUSION The active compounds of Danxiang Guanxin Injection give the support to the quality control and pharmacology study of Danxiang Guanxin Injection.
