何天有教授采用“凉荥法”治疗小儿口疮20例

20 cases of pediatric aphthae treated with ying-cooling method by professor He Tianyou

目的:观察何天有教授采用"凉荥法"治疗小儿口疮的临床疗效。方法:将40例确诊的口疮患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用"凉荥法"针刺治疗,对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒治疗,2组均治疗7 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组治愈13例,占65.0%,总有效率为90.0%;对照组治愈5例,占25.0%,总有效率为55.0%,2组患儿的治愈率和总有效率比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿3月后复发率为23.1%,对照组3月后复发率60.0%,2组间经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:"凉荥法"针刺治疗小儿口疮效果显著,且远期疗效较佳,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：Observed the effect of Ying-cooling method in the treatment of pediatric aphthae by professor He Tianyou.Methods：40 cases of pediatric aphthae diagnosed clearly were randomly distributed into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with cooling method of acupuncture,while the control group with Ribavirin granule,7 days was a course.The effect data were collected after a course.Results：13 cases in the treatment group had been cured,accounting for 65.0%,with a total effective rate of 90.0%.5 cases in the control group had been cured,accounting for 25.0%,with a total effective rate of 55.0%.The differences of the curative rates and total effective rates between the groups had statistic significance（P〈0.05）.After 3 months,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 23.1%,and that of the control group was 60.0%.The difference of recurrence rate between the two groups had statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ying-cooling method of acupuncture by professor He Tianyou has got remarkable effect,and the long term effect is better,deserving to be widespread.
