摘要
介绍了钢管中频感应加热调质处理生产线;比较了感应加热与普通加热调质处理钢管的力学性能、表面质量与使用性能等。感应加热钢管与普通加热钢管相比,其屈服强度提高15.1%~17.9%,伸长率提高11.5%~22.2%,具有高强度和高韧性,晶粒也更细小,表面质量更佳,硬度一致性好,直线度大幅度提高,是值得推广的钢管调质热处理方法。
Described in the paper is the medium-frequency induction quenching tempering line for steel pipe treatment. Steel pipes treated with the induction process and those treated with conventional quenching tempering process are compared in terms of mechanical property,surface quality and orperation performance. The result shows that compared with the latter,the former has 15.1%~17.9% higher yield strength,and 11.5%~22.2% higher elongation,and high strength and toughness,smaller grain size,better surface quality,more satisfactory hardness evenness and much better straightness,which leads to such a conclusion that the above mentioned steel pipe induction quenching tempering process is worth spreading up
