摘要
针对防护工程的隔震现状和需求,介绍了一种快构型制式隔震地板的研制思想、研制方案和综合性能,详细分析了构成该地板弹性阻尼结构的钢弹簧、聚乙烯试块、普通钢丝绳隔震器的力学性能。通过理论分析和试验研究,得到了钢弹簧的几何刚度非线性特性、带孔聚乙烯和普通钢丝绳隔震器的非线性刚度和阻尼特性,为快构型制式隔震地板的刚度阻尼结构组合提供了依据。最后对该地板在防护工程中的应用前景进行了展望。
Based on the analysis of the features and demands sign concept, scheme and the comprehensive characteristics of protective engineering, this paper introduces the de- of a quick-laying stardand shock isolation floorboard, and analyzes detailedly the mechanical property of steel spring and polyethylene block and steel wire isolator. By theoretical analysis and experimental investigation, the characteristics of steel spring and polyethylene block and steel wire isolator is got, which provides reference for rigidity and damp of the floorboard. The application propects in protective engineering is analyzed.
