线阵CCD棱镜摄谱中的抛物线定标

Parabolic Calibration of Spectrum Measure by Linear Array CCD Prism Spectrograph

摘要 在采用线阵CCD棱镜摄谱仪测量光谱的实验中,内部定标方法普遍都是采用一种近似测量波长的方法,即用线形内插法求待测波长。在进行光谱测量实验的基础上总结出一种新定标测量方法——抛物线定标法求待测波长。通过实验对比分析,结果表明在一定范围内该方法比线形内插法求待测波长精确度更高。 In the experiment of measuring the spectrum by linear array CCD prism spectrograph,the internal calibration method generally measure wavelength with a similar method.Namely,it is the linear interpolation way.A new special measuring method based on the spectrum measurement was established,which was parabolic calibration method.Compared with the analysis of the experiment,the results showed that the parabolic calibration method had higher accuracy in wavelength measurement than the linear interpolation method in certain rang.
