摘要
从各类多元有机膦酸盐及衍生物中筛选出钻井液降粘剂NTF u ,在室内对其降粘性能进行了全面评价 ,综述了现场应用效果 。
This paper presents the results of comprehensive laboratory evaluation and the field uses of viscosity reducer NTF u, amidonitrosotrimethylene phosphinic acid. This chemical is effective in fresh and salt water, calcium containing, and, specially, high density polymer drilling fluids. NTF u is heat resistant, salt tolerant, highly tolerant to calcium, and compatible with all commonly used polymers viscosifiers. Treating a high temperature, high salt(contaning Cl - 1.65×10 5 ppm), high calcium(Ca 2+ ~1 000 ppm), high density(2.35 g/cm 3) fluid drilling in sections of 3818-3 853 m and 3 900-3 916 m by 0.3% NTF u leads to abrupt reduction in its funnel viscosity and yield point and to successful completion of the drilling jop.
