摘要
煤焦油同交联剂苯甲醛在以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂作用下 ,按质子催化阳离子型缩聚反应机理 ,生成具有三芳基甲烷型结构特征 B阶沥青树脂。硬化后得到的 C阶树脂具有优异的耐热性能 ,可与合成树脂中最耐热的聚酰亚胺树脂相媲美 ,且成本低廉 ,并在高温耐热方面优于聚酰亚胺树脂 ,是一种有发展前景的耐高温廉价沥青树脂。
The reaction of coal tar with benzaldehyde as cross linking agent and P toluenes sulfonic acid as catalyst was a positive ion typed polycondensation catalyzed by proton. The B stage pitch resin was turned into C stage pitch resin by heat treatment. The excellent heat resistance (>400 ℃)for the C stage pitch resin is similar to that for polyimide, but the heat resistance (at the temperature over 800 ℃) for the C stage pitch resin is better than that of polyimide. Moreover the cost of the pitch resin is lower than that of polyimide. Therefore, the pitch resin is a kind of resin that has a more wide prospect.
