摘要
以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(BMIM-BF4)作为溶剂,加入自制的无水氟硼酸盐组成电解液,采用脉冲电沉积制备Tb-Fe-Co合金镀层,所得镀层均匀、致密、有金属光泽且镀层中铽的质量分数较高。考察了脉冲电压、脉冲占空比和脉冲频率对镀层表面形貌及镀层中铽的质量分数的影响,在最优工艺条件下,所制得的镀层中铽的质量分数可达50%。
The Tb-Fe-Co alloy coating was prepared in a bath formed of solvent 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIM-BF4) ionic liquid and self-made anhydrous fluoroborate electrolyte by pulse electrodeposition. The coating thus obtained is uniform and compact, has a metallic luster and a higher Tb mass fraction. The effects of pulse voltage, duty cycle, and frequency on the surface morphology and Tb mass fraction in the coating were investigated. The Tb mass fraction in the coating obtained under optimal technological conditions can be up to 50 %.
