床位利用指数分布图在评价临床科室床位工作中的应用

Application of distribution of sickbed utilization index in evaluating sickbed work of the clinical departments

目的 探讨床位利用指数分布图在评价某医院临床科室床位工作中的应用.方法 根据医院各科室2010年度床位利用指数,利用EXCEL软件绘制成散点坐标图,并结合图示进行评价.结果 ＂床位效率型科室＂有皮肤科、产科、内分泌科、呼吸内科、心血管内科等14个科室：＂床位周转型科室＂只有ICU;＂床位压床型科室＂有特需病房、老年病科、骨科、神经外科、口腔科、肾内科6个科室;＂床位闲置型科室＂有眼科、泌尿外科2个科室.结论 床位利用指数分布图集合了床位使用率和床位周转次数的信息,能方便、快捷地反映出各科室的病床工作效率并有助于管理者做出决策.

Objective To evaluate sickbed work of the hospital clinical departments with distribution of sickbed utiliza- tion index. Methods The sickbed utilization index was plotted to be scatter plot by using EXCEL software. Results ＂Sickbed efficiency-based departments＂ include 14 departments, such as dermatology, obstetrics, endocrinology, respiratory medicine, and cardiology and so on. ＂Sickbed transition-based departments＂ include ICU. ＂Sickbed press-based departments＂ include special needs unit, geriatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, dentistry, and nephrology. ＂Sickbed idle-based departments＂ include ophthalmology and urology. Conclusion The distribution of sickbed utilization index combines the information of sickbed occupancy rate and sickbed turnover, and can easily, quickly reflect the efficiency of each sickbed.
