摘要
研究了一种新型钢铁常温磷化发黑溶液 ,确定了发黑工艺参数 ,讨论了影响发黑质量的各种因素 ,分析了发黑膜的性能和表面形貌等。在 1 5~ 4 0℃温度范围内发黑 8~ 1 5min,可以获得防护和装饰性能优良的磷化发黑膜 ,应用证明该磷化发黑溶液和工艺可以替代碱性煮黑工艺。
A new type of room temperature phosphating blackening solution for iron and steel was investigated. Verious factors affecting the blackening quality were discussed. Properties and surface morphology of the blackening film were analysed. And thus parameters and conditions for the room temperature blackening process were determined and established. Phosphating- blackening film with excellent protective and decorative properties can be obtained when processed in this solution at 15~40℃ and for 8~15 min. The application practice has proved that this phosphating blackening solution and technology can replace the traditional high temperature alkaline blackening technology.
