摘要
干熄焦技术应用提高了焦炭质量、改善环境和增加能源回收,为了保证干熄焦的稳定连续运行,必须保证预存室有一定的必要空间,抑制干熄焦炉的炉内压力变动,干熄炉料位监测控制是实现干熄焦工艺稳定的自动化控制中关键的环节。本文对原采用γ射线料位计的料位装置进行分析,结合实际检修创新改进应用高温雷达料位计检测,运用干熄炉微创开孔无砌砖喷涂技术、自然冷却和强制风冷抑制技术降温保护达到稳定精确检测干熄炉料位的一种适应于改造的新型实用的干熄焦料位检测装置。
The CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) technology is used to improve coke quality and the environment, and increase the energy recovery. In order to get a stable and continuous CDQ, enough spacemust be reserved in the deposit chamber, which will prevent furnace pressure fluctuation. To keep the control stable, CDQ material monitoring is a key factor. By analyzing the original γ -ray material level meter and combining with the actual situation, high temperature radar material level meter is used. By using minimally invasive open hole (without bricklaying spraying) technology, and natural cooling and forced air cooling suppression technique for cooling protection, we propose a new CDQ material position detection device which is stable and accurately.
