摘要 严格应答反应在枯草芽孢杆菌以及链霉菌中存在,在真菌中是否存在只进行了初步的考查.造成严格应答反应的信号分子(p)ppGpp 是IMP脱氢酶的强竞争性抑制剂,使用德夸菌素进行研究和对松驰型突变株(rel) 进行分离、分析研究,结果证明细胞形态分化的启动是由GTP 库的降低所造成的,而在生理分化的启动中(p)ppGpp It was clarified that the bacterial stringent response existed in Bacillus subtilis and Streptomyces,whether the stringent response existed in Fungi was also examined.(p)ppGpp is a competitive inhibitor of IMP dehydrogenase in the GTP biosyntheis way.On the basis of the study by using decoyinine and isolating and analyzing relaxed mutans,it was concluded that the initiation of morphological differentiation resulted from the decrease of GTP content,but (p)ppGpp played a pivotal role in initiation of physiological differentiation in Bacillus subtilis and Streptomyces.
