摘要
跨学科研究是现代大学发展的重要趋势。美国研究型大学通过建立跨学科研究中心和机构、设立资助基金、调整领导结构、改变教师招募和评估模式,促进了跨学科研究的发展。这些战略措施启示我们,我国研究型大学建设也应通过成立专门的跨学科研究管理机构、设立专门的基金项目、建立新的教师聘任、评价和晋升制度促进学科之间的交融。
Interdisciplinary research is an important trend of the modern university development.Through constructing interdisciplinary research center and organization,setting grants,regulating structure of leaders,and changing teachers＇ recruitment and evaluation model,American research universities promote the development of interdisciplinary research.These strategies remind us that the construction of China＇s research universities also should promote the integration of disciplines through building professional management organization for interdisciplinary research,setting professional fund projects,constructing new teachers＇ appointment,evaluation and promotion.
