摘要 采用MIG焊对12Cr2Mo1R耐热钢进行焊接,然后进行回火处理,用光学显微镜、硬度计对焊态和回火态焊接接头的显微组织和显微硬度进行了对比分析。结果表明,用MIG焊焊接12Cr2Mo1R耐热钢能获得冶金结合良好的焊接接头,回火态的焊接接头的显微组织晶粒更细小,分布更均匀;回火态焊接接头各区域的显微硬度比焊态低,热影响区存在一定的硬化现象。 The welded joints of 12Cr2Mo1R heat resistant steel were welded by using MIG welding process.The specimens of welded joints were tempered after welding.The microstructure and the microhardness of the welded joints as welded and drawing temper were contrastively analyzed by optical microscope and hardness tester.The results show that the good quality welded joint of 12Cr2Mo1R can be obtained by MIG welding process.The microstructure of welded joint as drawing temper are better than those of the joints as welded.The microhardness of drawing temper samples is lower than as welded sample,and the hardening phenomenon exists in HAZ.
