摘要
采用微波加热法在碳粉还原的条件下制备出发光亮度高、余辉性能较为优良的Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料,并研究了H3BO3添加量对其相组成结构、光谱性能和余辉性能的影响.实验结果表明,添加适量的H3BO3可以改善Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+的发光强度和余辉性质.当添加H3BO3的摩尔分数(相对于基质)为20%时,发光粉体具有最佳的发光亮度和余辉性质.
The Sr2MgSi2O7: Eu^2+,Dy^3+luminous material with high brightness and better luminescent performance was synthesized by the microwave heating method in the presence of carbon as reductant.The effects of H3BO3 addition on the phase composition,spectrum property and luminescent performance were discussed.The results indicated that the prepared Sr2MgSi2O7: Eu^2+,Dy^3+was of the optimal afterglow performance when the molar fraction of H3BO3 was 20%.And the luminescent performance of Sr2MgSi2O7: Eu^2+,Dy^3+ could be improved by adding suitable content of H3BO3.
