摘要
在不同应力比条件下,对不同应力集中系数的GS249有机玻璃疲劳试样进行疲劳试验。使用升降法获得材料的疲劳极限。分析获得了加载参数及形状参数对有机玻璃疲劳极限影响的相关规律。建立了基于应力比和应力集中系数的预测有机玻璃疲劳极限的方法模型。结果表明:随着应力比的增加,疲劳极限呈下降趋势;疲劳极限随着应力集中系数的增加而线性降低。随着应力集中系数的降低,疲劳极限受应力比的影响越大。
The fatigue tests of Plexiglas GS 249 with different stress concentration factors were conducted in different stress R-ratio conditions,and obtained the material fatigue limits using the up-down method.The method model to predict the fatigue limits of Plexiglas are established based on the stress R-ratio and stress concentration factors.The related laws of the loading parameters and shape parameters affecting the fatigue limits of Plexiglas were obtained in the analysis.The results show that,the fatigue limits have a downward trend with the increase of stress R-ratio,the fatigue limits linearly reduce as the stress concentration factors increase,and the fatigue limits are impacted greater by the stress R-ratio with the reduction of stress concentration factors.
