摘要
本文介绍一种温度控制方法,该控制方法分别采用智能PID和分段PID算法来实现,通过编制VB程序实现计算机与智能调节仪之间的双向通信。基于宇光GLCK-103 B型温度测控实验装置,计算机可对温度变送器输入的信号进行处理后与设定温度值进行比较,并进行P、I、D参数运算,送给智能调节仪进行调节,输出信号对可控硅调压模块进行控制,改变加热功率以达到控制温度的目的。最后,验证了智能PID算法和分段PID算法在温度调节应用中的有效性。
This paper describes a method of temperature control of the intelligent PID and the partitions PID control,through the VB program to achieve two-way communications between computer and intelligent regulator.Based on Yuguang GLCK-103 B-type temperature control experimental device,the computer can process input temperature transmitter signal compared with the set temperature,and the P,I,D parameters of operation,changes the heating power in order to control the temperature.Finally,it verifies that the intelligence PID and partitions the PID control applies in the effectiveness of temperature regulation.
